When Will My Order Ship?
All orders ship by the next business day. If you purchase before 12pm EST, your order is expected to ship on the same day. Weekend orders will be shipped the following Monday. Shipping times vary depending on the method of shipping you select (see below).
Once your order is placed, you will receive an confirmation email for your order. After your order has shipped, you will receive a second email the following morning with your tracking number. This email will allow you to track your package during its transit to you, so hold onto it until you receive your package.
How Much Is Shipping? How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?
We offer several options for shipping within the entire United States. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico require additional days for shipping.
(1) Standard - Free with $53+ orders or $5.99 with orders under $50. Orders shipped Standard arrive in approximately 3-6 business days.
(2) 2-day - $16.99. Any size order. Any quantity. No limit. Orders placed before 1pm EST arrive in 2 business days.
(3) Next Day - $39.99. Any size order. Any quantity. No limit. Orders placed before 1pm EST arrive the next business day.
(4) I need my items sent out today! In the event that you need items shipped out today, call us toll free at 314-296-7979. We’ll do our very best to help you out if at all possible. Please note that a "business day" is Monday through Friday, excluding all federal holidays.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR TOP PRIORITY
Items must be unworn, in new condition and postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Please also include the original packing slip when returning any items.
HOLIDAY RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Purchases made between November 15th and January 3rd must be postmarked by January 31th for a refund or an exchange. Promo items cannot be returned for credit or exchanged for something different. When returning an order where a promo item was received, please include the promo item within the return. Please send us an email at with the following information:
Your name and phone number
The purchaser’s name and/or email
Order ID (included on packing slip if gift was shipped directly)
Item Description/Quantity (include a picture if that helps!)
After submitting the email, a link to your mailing label will be emailed to you (please allow one business day). Print the pre-paid shipping label from the e-mail and attach to your return package.
Once we have received your return, you will be emailed a special code for the value of your return.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES [DOMESTIC]
To request a return or exchange, simply complete and submit your order information through our online Returns/Exchanges Form
After submitting the Returns Form, a link to your mailing label will be emailed to you. Print the pre-paid shipping label from the e-mail and attach to your return package.
For exchanges, simply search and select the replacement items you wish to receive.
PLEASE NOTE: A $5.99 fee will be charged for returning items using the provided label. Using this label is not required. Exchanges will be shipped back to you free of charge.
ADDITIONAL RETURN + EXCHANGE FAQs:
When purchasing through PayPal any unwanted items can be returned for a refund but cannot be exchanged.
If items were purchased through Amazon, the return must be processed through Amazon.com directly.
When can I expect my refund?
Refunds will be issued within five to ten business days of initiating the return, depending on your financial institution. A transaction receipt will be e-mailed from your refund has been processed Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
When can I expect my exchange?
Exchange items are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the exchange request. An email will be sent including the shipping information much like your original order.

*By law, we are obligated to apply our return policy in a uniform manner, so if you are returning any items, be sure that it is within our 30-day policy. Otherwise, we cannot accept your return.
